I am a photographer and educator currently residing in Prague, Czech Republic. After earning my MFA at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004, I stayed on in Richmond, Virginia, splitting my time between teaching, shooting, assisting, and film production. In 2008, I was given the opportunity to move to the Czech Republic and continue teaching. I joined the faculty at Prague City University (formerly Prague College), and began to teach courses in design and fine art. Over a decade later, I am still here and currently holding the position of Dean of the School of Art and Design. While my focus over the years has shifted more towards art and design curriculum and management, I have still managed to work on my own projects. While much of my early work involved construction and intervention on my part, my current work has become more observational.
